Our Goals:

KeySteps aims to increase opportunity and supports to ensure that at risk middle and high school youth in Boston & in urban areas are prepared to compete with their peers; succeed in higher education training and jobs in the 21st century; and if parents, be better prepared to raise children in an environment characterized by love of learning and economic stability.

Its goals are to:

• Increase school retention and completion
• Reduce unplanned teenage pregnancy and other risky behaviors
• Promote a culture of high expectations amongst educators, youth and their families
• Support youth to overcome barriers that interfere with completion of school, participation in higher education, successful entry to the workplace, development of stable families and healthy communities.
